Terms of service
Last updated November 2, 2026. These terms are between you and Breakpoint Labs LLC ("we").
What MyTurn is
MyTurn turns the names, places and inside jokes you give it into a personal board game you can play in your browser, share as a gift link, or print. The rules are ours and stay the same in every game; the words are yours.
Your content
You own what you type and the game made from it. You give us a limited license to process it only to make and show your game. You're responsible for what you put in: only add people who'd be happy to be in the game, only add photos of people who agreed, and don't use it to harass anyone.
Not allowed
- Slurs, sexual content about real people, threats, or anything meant to humiliate someone who isn't in on the joke.
- Other companies' trademarks or game names (for example anything ending in "-opoly"). We block these automatically.
- Trying to break, overload or scrape the service, or get around its limits.
Payments
Making and playing a game in your browser is free. Paid products (the print-and-play PDF, boxed copies) are priced per game and shown before you pay. Shipping is charged separately for boxed copies. Refunds follow our refund policy.
Gift links
A gift link contains the game itself. Anyone who has the link can open it, so share it only with the people you mean to.
Ending things
You can stop using MyTurn and delete your data any time in Settings. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms.
Limits
MyTurn is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, USA.
